招收研究生情况:

本课题组每年计划招收硕士和博士研究生2~4名,招收学生专业:环境科学与工程、化学、生命科学等相关学科。真诚欢迎环境科学、环境工程、化学工程、土壤学、生物技术及微生物相关专业的本科生和研究生加入课题组进行共同研究!欢迎相关专业博士毕业生来组从事博士后研究(年薪具体根据乐竟体育博士后工资标准,另加科研绩效)。

课题组聚焦环境领域废弃物无害化、资源化及清洁生产技术的一系列前沿研究。紧抓宏基因组研究进展,采用分子生物学技术辅以生物统计学知识对功能微生物代谢途径下有机碳、氮、硫、地化循环进行量化追踪。考察污染物在环境介质中的迁转机理,及其对环境微生物的致毒机制。兼氧/厌氧微生物群落水解-酸化-乙酸化及产甲烷化的代谢网络尺度效应的基础上探讨功能微生物流加冗余弹性的控制机制系统预警策略。开发提高特定功能菌群代谢活性方法菌群特意化固定技术用以环境污染治理。

 

主要研究方向:
1. 含油污染土壤的微生物修复(兼性厌氧及厌氧微生物, 根际微生物)

2. 高含固有机废弃物资源化:甲烷发酵-生物质可燃气(H2/CH4)能源回收。
3. 系统构建及功能群落微生态理论指导的反应系统预警和系统恢复力的探究。
4. 高氨氮废水脱氮新工艺混培过程中AOB/NOB/HB/Anammox群落演变控制策略。
5. 分子生物学技术解析微生物生态regime shift(生物信息学统计分析R)。
